Entity: Velstron LLC ("Velstron," "we," "us," "our")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any agency services you request or purchase from Velstron. By requesting a demo, a briefing, a call, or a paid project, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

These Terms cover this website and Velstron's agency services requested through it.

1. What Velstron does

Velstron is an AI-enabled agency. The service categories currently presented on this site are:

  • Websites: website design and development, landing pages and funnels, and website care plans.
  • Creative Design: UGC video ads, product photography and videography, AI avatar videos, and branding and identity work.
  • AI & Automation: AI chatbots, AI call-system projects, and automation workflows.
  • Advertisement: ad creative packs. Paid Ads Management is marked coming soon and is not offered as a live managed service while that label remains.
  • Social Media: social content and posting, plus content calendar and strategy work.

The specific service, availability, scope, price, and timeline for paid work are confirmed in a private quote before an engagement begins. A demo or concept shown on the site is not proof that every integration or managed service is already operating for a client.

2. The free sample

We may offer a free demo sample: a real, finished piece of content made for your business, at no charge. Requesting or receiving a free sample does not obligate you to buy anything, and does not obligate us to take on further work. Ownership of the free sample transfers to you once delivered, under Section 6 below.

3. Get a Full Briefing (free content/brand teardown)

We also offer a free content/brand teardown for qualifying businesses, typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Materials you submit for a briefing are handled under the confidentiality terms in our Privacy Policy. A briefing is advisory only; it is not a guarantee of results and does not create an obligation on either side to proceed further.

4. How paid projects work

We don't publish prices. Once we understand your project, typically after a demo or briefing, we send you a private quote. A paid engagement begins once you approve that quote and scope. Nothing is billed before you've agreed to a price and scope.

5. Revisions: our guarantee

We guarantee our process, not a business result. On paid work, we revise your deliverable until you approve it. This is a creative and process guarantee: we keep working until the content meets the agreed brief. It is not a guarantee of sales, leads, views, followers, engagement, revenue, or any other business outcome. See Section 12.

6. IP and ownership

Once a deliverable is paid for in full, ownership of that deliverable, including full commercial rights, transfers to you. You're free to use it however you like.

Before full payment, drafts and work-in-progress remain the property of Velstron. If a paid project is canceled before completion, ownership of any delivered work is handled under our Service Terms & Refunds.

We do not use your paid deliverables, your free sample, or your submitted materials in our own marketing or portfolio without your separate written permission. Any demo assets shown on our own site are our own work product, clearly labeled DEMO, never a repurposed client project.

7. Turnaround

We typically prepare a first draft or scoped sample within 2-3 business days. This is a typical timeframe, not a guaranteed deadline. Larger or custom projects, especially Enterprise-scale work, have timelines set in your quote.

8. Client responsibilities

When you submit product materials, footage, logos, brand assets, or other content for us to use, you confirm that you own them or have the rights to let us use them for your project. You agree not to submit anything that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or that you don't have permission to use.

You're responsible for reviewing deliverables before you publish or rely on them, including checking that any factual claims in the content are accurate.

9. Deliverables and honest use

Ownership of each deliverable is set out in Section 6. When a deliverable includes a presenter, voiceover, or on-screen figure, you agree to keep any required labeling intact when you publish it, and not to present that presenter, voice, or figure as a real customer, reviewer, or testimonial when it is not. You agree not to use our deliverables to create fake reviews or fake testimonials.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services or deliverables to:

  • Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
  • Create fake testimonials, fake reviews, or content designed to deceive consumers.
  • Present any presenter, voiceover, or on-screen figure as a real, undisclosed person when it is not.
  • Misrepresent our work as something other than what it is.

11. Fees and payment

There is no published pricing. Price and scope are agreed privately per project before work begins. Payment terms are set out in your quote.

12. No results guarantee

Velstron provides agency services. We do not promise or guarantee any specific business result, including sales, leads, conversions, revenue, followers, views, or rankings. Outcomes depend on your market, your offer, your distribution, and factors outside our control. Our guarantee is limited to the process described in Section 5.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velstron LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or deliverables. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

14. Termination

Either party may end an engagement at any point. If a paid project is in progress, how ownership and payment for delivered work are handled is set out in our Service Terms & Refunds. We may decline or stop work on a project that violates Section 10.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Velstron LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to that venue. These Terms do not include a binding arbitration clause.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the business evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
