Recovery spine

No signal disappears between the page and the person.

The system is judged by the handoff record, not the number of tools in the stack.

  1. 01

    Attention

The website or creative earns a qualified action.

  2. 02

    Capture

The request and source are saved together.

  3. 03

    Qualification

Rules identify fit and the next useful question.

  4. 04

    Human owner

A named person receives the context and next action.

  5. 05

    Booked outcome

The handoff closes with a visible appointment or follow-up state.

Three complete spec projects

The reasoning ships beside the artifact.

Vernal, Meridian, and Drift show the hypothesis, constraints, decisions, failed directions, outputs, and acceptance checks.

ConceptSpec project 01

One product, one launch system

Vernal & Co.

Buyer hypothesis
A locked product identity can make a small launch batch feel coherent without pretending the fictional brand has market results.
Buyer question
Can one skincare product become a coherent set of launch-ready stills and ads?
Inputs
One fictional serum, one visual direction, and a truth-safe product brief.
Constraints
One product identity, no performance claims, permanent synthetic-presenter labels, and delivery-ready captions and posters.
Decision
Lock the bottle, slate surface, warm ivory light, and one restrained skincare palette before producing variants.
Failed variants
Discarded the high-gloss neon direction because it changed the bottle character and weakened the premium skincare signal.
Outputs
Eight product stills, one UGC ad, one spokesperson cut, three b-roll loops, posters, and captions.

Acceptance checks

  • Product identity stays consistent
  • Every synthetic presenter is labeled
  • Posters and captions ship with video

Product to conversation

Meridian Roasters

Buyer hypothesis
One visual product anchor can reduce the disconnect between a creator-style hook and a scripted product conversation.
Buyer question
Can a product story move cleanly from visual hook to an interactive sales conversation?
Inputs
One fictional coffee bag, a native creator format, and a scripted product FAQ.
Constraints
The chatbot must stay scripted, the creator cannot pose as a customer, and every unresolved question must route to a person.
Decision
Use the same product anchor across the UGC frame and the on-site chatbot so the handoff feels intentional.
Failed variants
Discarded a product-free lifestyle opening because the conversational handoff lost its visual anchor.
Outputs
Product anchor still, vertical UGC video, interactive scripted chatbot, and a clear human-handoff path.

Acceptance checks

  • The chatbot stays explicitly scripted
  • No fake customer endorsement

Still to spatial product proof

Drift Audio

Buyer hypothesis
Interactive 3D earns its weight only when it answers an inspection question that the still and motion cut cannot.
Buyer question
Can one speaker concept carry still, motion, presenter, and interactive 3D proof without becoming gimmicky?
Inputs
One fictional speaker, a dark studio direction, and one inspection-first interaction rule.
Constraints
Poster-first delivery, no eager GLB request, section-local motion, reduced-motion safety, and a clear recovery state if the model fails.
Decision
Keep motion section-local and tap-to-load. The product remains the subject; 3D is used only for inspection.
Failed variants
Discarded whole-page scroll rotation because movement began outside the product section and disconnected the camera from the inspected object.
Outputs
Hero-motion video, spokesperson explainer, campaign static, and an interactive GLB preview.

Acceptance checks

  • Static poster works before JavaScript
  • 3D never loads without intent
  • Motion stops under reduced-motion preference

Engagements

Four ways to start

Pilot

System install

Connect the website, creative, and lead follow-up.

Managed growth

Keep the system active with ongoing execution.

Growth Map

Find the highest-leverage starting point first.

Engagement ladder

Start bounded. Expand after proof.

No contradictory public price list. Your private quote follows the Growth Map and the exact scope. The Map gives an instant plan; a get-a-demo sample is the scoped example that follows it.

Delivery contract

Inputs, outputs, and acceptance are written before the work is called finished.

Inputs
Your offer, live links, source files, constraints, approvals, and the person who owns the handoff.
Outputs
The agreed pages, media, system records, captions, posters, exports, and handoff notes.
Acceptance checks
Routes resolve, media plays, labels persist, forms fail safely, and the human owner can continue the lead.
Process

How it works

    We scope the right demo.

    Within 2-3 business days, typical.

  3. 03

Review the sample and private quote.

Paid deliverables become yours after full payment.

Honesty, visible by default

Honest labels on every demo. No fake testimonials. No invented numbers. You keep full ownership of paid deliverables after full payment.

Answers

FAQ

Do you have case studies or client testimonials?

No. We have zero clients so far, and we will not invent reviews or case studies. Proof on this site is self-produced demos, each labeled Demo, Concept, or Live Build. Browse the work gallery and use the live demos instead.

Is this really AI?

Yes. AI systems are one of the services we build. Every demo is honestly labeled on the work itself, never hidden in a footnote.

Why is there no pricing on the site?

Every project is different, so we scope a custom quote to your product and send it privately, together with your free sample, once we understand what you actually need. There is no public price list.

How fast is a scoped demo?

We usually respond with a scoped demo within 2-3 business days. Creative-design and social-content pages may state their own first-sample timing; websites, chatbots, ads management, and larger builds are scoped after we see your brief.

Do I own the files?

Yes. Full ownership transfers to you once your project is paid for.

Can I talk to a human?

We are async by design. Request human follow-up and a person from our team can contact you using the details you share. A real person reviews brand and content teardowns before they come back to you.

What happens to my data?

We only use your content and business information for your project. We do not sell it or train other clients' work on it. Necessary processors named in our Privacy Policy handle it only to host the site, store requests, notify us, or schedule when you choose Calendly.

What does the free sample include?

A free first content sample scoped to what you asked for (for example a UGC-style cut or product photo treatment). It is self-produced proof of how we work, not a fake portfolio piece from another brand. Websites and systems work are scoped separately after the sample conversation.
