The short version: this site sets very little today. Here's exactly what we use, and what we might add later.

1. What's active today

Functional and session storage. We use minimal functional cookies or browser storage needed for the site to work properly, such as remembering basic site preferences.

Attribution, via sessionStorage, not a cookie. When you land on this site, we capture UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) and your first landing page, and store them in your browser's sessionStorage as "first touch" data. This travels with a lead form submission, so we know which channel brought you here. It's cleared automatically when you close your browser session. It is not a persistent tracking cookie and doesn't follow you across sites.

Calendly scheduling. This site embeds Calendly on scheduling paths. When an embedded scheduler loads, Calendly may use its own cookies or browser storage to provide and secure that scheduling experience. If you use it, your browser connects to Calendly and the information you enter is processed under Calendly's policies.

We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Calendly's functional scheduling storage is active and is not described here as advertising or analytics.

2. What's planned (not live yet)

When we enable ad measurement, we plan to add:

  • Meta Pixel and/or Meta Conversions API (advertising/marketing category), to measure which campaigns lead to demo and briefing requests. When enabled, Meta may set its own cookies and receive browser and/or server-side event data under its own policies.
  • A standard analytics tool, to understand site usage.

Nothing in this advertising or analytics category is active as of the "last updated" date above. We will update this page before enabling a new measurement tool and will review any consent requirements that apply at that time.

3. How to control cookies

You can control the browser storage used by this site and by an embedded Calendly scheduler through your browser. You can:

  • Clear your browser's sessionStorage/cookies to remove any first-touch attribution data.
  • Use your browser's privacy settings to block cookies generally.
  • Open or block the Calendly scheduler separately using your browser's third-party-cookie and tracking controls.
  • Use browser extensions or built-in tracking protection to block ad pixels once they're enabled.

Blocking functional storage may affect how well parts of the site work, but won't stop you from browsing or submitting a form.

4. Governing law

This Cookie Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We will review and update the site's consent controls if our audience, tools, or applicable requirements change.

5. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever we add or remove a cookie or tracking tool. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
