Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 8, 2026
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Entity: Velstron LLC ("Velstron," "we," "us," "our")
This Privacy Policy explains what information Velstron collects on this agency website, why we collect it, and how we use, store, and protect it. We collect only what we need to respond to you and do the work.
This policy covers this website and the agency services you request through it.

Attribution data
When you land on this site, we capture basic campaign attribution such as UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) and your first landing page. This is stored as "first touch" data in your browser's sessionStorage and submitted along with a lead form, so we know which channel brought you here. It clears when your browser session ends. We don't use persistent tracking cookies for this. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
Business materials you send us
If you request a briefing, a demo, or hand off product materials for a project, you may share business information with us: URLs, product descriptions, brand assets, screenshots, or similar. We treat this as confidential. See Section 3.
Technical data
Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited), collected by our hosting provider, Vercel, to run and secure the site.
Analytics and ads measurement (when enabled)
We do not currently run third-party analytics or ad-tracking pixels on this site. When we do turn these on, they'll likely include a standard analytics tool and Meta Pixel / Meta Conversions API, used to measure which campaigns lead to demo and briefing requests. If enabled, Meta may receive browser and/or server-side event data under its own policies. We'll update this policy and our Cookie Policy at or before that point.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your demo, briefing, Growth Map, or human follow-up request.
- To route your request to the right service line and prepare your free sample or teardown.
- To score and return the Growth Map result you requested.
- To arrange human phone follow-up when you request it.
- To understand which marketing channels work, using attribution data.
- To follow up about your project, including sending a private quote.
- To operate, secure, and improve this site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact details for anything beyond what you asked about without your permission.
3. Confidentiality of your business data
When you share business details, product materials, or brand assets with us through a demo request, a briefing, or a live project, we treat that information as confidential. We use it only to prepare your sample, your teardown, or your deliverables. We do not publish it, share it with other clients, or use it in our own marketing or portfolio without your separate, explicit permission.
4. No cross-training on your content
Your submitted materials and content are used to produce your deliverables, and nothing beyond that. We do not use your business data or content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models for other clients' projects. What you send us stays scoped to your work.
5. Where your data lives
- Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database.
- This website is hosted on Vercel.
- Lead notification emails are processed by Resend so a Velstron operator can receive and follow up on your request.
- Scheduling details are processed by Calendly if you choose to use an embedded scheduling form.
- We do not store full payment card numbers. If payment processing is added to this site, it will be handled by a third-party payment provider under its own security standards.
6. Human call requests
An automated callback service is not live. The Request a Call form stores your request so a person on our team can follow up using the details you provide. The form does not dial you, start an AI call, or record a call. Its consent checkbox authorizes that human phone follow-up about your request.
6a. WhatsApp and social DM contact
If you choose WhatsApp, a phone call, or a social DM as your preferred contact channel on the Get a Demo or Get a Full Briefing forms, we only contact you there after you select that option and check the consent line shown in the form. A phone follow-up from these forms is made by a person on our team; the automated calling service is not live.
You can opt out by replying STOP on the channel, telling us on a call, or emailing us. We keep the contact-channel choice and consent with the related form submission under the retention period in Section 9.
7. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the website and respond to requests: Supabase (form and database storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (lead notification email), and Calendly when you use its scheduling form. If analytics or ad-measurement tools are enabled later, this policy will be updated. We do not sell your personal information.
8. Cookies and browser storage
We use functional browser storage and sessionStorage for attribution, as described above. An embedded Calendly scheduling form may use its own cookies or browser storage when it loads. See our full Cookie Policy for what's active today and what's planned.
9. Retention
We keep form submissions and related project materials for up to 18 months after our last contact with you or your project's close, whichever is later, then delete or anonymize them. We delete sooner on request (see Section 10).
10. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email owner@velstron.com. We respond to verified requests promptly.
We serve US businesses. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you additional rights: the right to know what personal information we collect and why, the right to correct or delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently target or serve EU/UK visitors, so we make no affirmative GDPR compliance claim; if that changes, this policy will be updated first.
11. Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for businesses and individuals old enough to enter a commercial agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
