This policy governs Velstron's custom agency services requested through this website, including content creation and other commissioned project work agreed in a private quote.

1. The free sample carries no charge

Our Get a Demo offer is a real, finished sample of content, made for your business, at no cost. Since nothing is charged for a free sample, there is nothing to refund. There's no obligation to buy anything after you receive it.

2. Paid work is quoted privately, not published

We don't list prices. Once we understand your project, we send a private quote covering scope, price, and timeline. A paid engagement, and any refund terms tied to it, begins once you approve that quote.

3. Revisions come first

On paid work, our core guarantee is that we revise your deliverable until you approve it, within the agreed scope of your project. If something isn't right, the first step is always a revision request, not a refund request. This keeps the guarantee about our process and craft, not about a business outcome.

4. Refunds on custom, commissioned work

Custom content isn't a stock product; once we've done the work, we can't "restock" it. Our approach balances that reality with fairness to you:

• Before production begins (before we start shooting, generating, or drafting your deliverable): you can cancel for a full refund of anything paid for that project.
• Once production has begun: your remedy is revision until you approve the deliverable, within the agreed scope — not a cash refund.
• The exception: if we fail to deliver anything usable at all, you get a full refund regardless of stage (see Section 6).

5. Cancellations before production

If you cancel a paid project before we've started production, you're entitled to a full refund of anything paid for that project.

6. Non-delivery

If we accept payment for a project and fail to deliver any usable draft within a reasonable time of the agreed scope, you're entitled to a full refund for that project, regardless of the stage reached.

7. How to request a refund or a revision

Email owner@velstron.com with your name, the project or quote reference, and what you'd like: a revision, or a refund under the terms above. We'll respond promptly and let you know next steps.

8. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are typically a few business days after approval. We'll confirm by email once a refund is issued.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your own jurisdiction and cannot be limited by agreement.
